In times like these mental and physical wellbeing is the most important thing. Use these ideas to choose some fun qnd relaxing activities which help keep us mindful qnd healthy.

  • Breath in....... pretend you are smelling a flower. Breath out ........ pretend you are blowing a leaf.

  • Create a glitter jar! In an empty glass jar, fill with water just over half way. Pour in some glitter qnd seal the lid tight adding some tape around the edges. Shake and sparkle!

  • Try some.of the Cosmic kids yoga channel. Lots of themes child based and easy to follow. The children love these as much as we do!
